KC Kronbach is an entrepreneur and real estate investor focused on private equity, real estate finance, and strategic investment management. With decades of experience in multifamily housing, industrial real estate, and alternative investments, KC Kronbach has helped build and lead several successful investment firms in Texas. Over the course of his career, KC Kronbach has co-founded and led several successful investment firms that focus on identifying strategic opportunities, creating long-term value, and building strong relationships with investors and partners.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Kronbach co-founded Knightvest in 2007, a multifamily investment and management firm that grew into one of the largest apartment owners in the United States. During his tenure, Knightvest invested approximately $10 billion to acquire around 60,000 residential units across major growth markets, including Texas, Arizona, the Carolinas, and Florida.

He is also a partner with Red Summit Partners, a Dallas-based investment firm specializing in multifamily real estate. With Red Summit Partners, he focuses on opportunistic investments, including value-added and distressed properties that can be repositioned through capital improvements and operational enhancements.
